Returns:

Program Description
Participation in this Program provides an opportunity for the Participant to earn commissions on sales of Remys Hair Extensions products.
Definitions
Participant: Refers to "You," the individual enrolling and participating in the Remys Hair Extensions Ambassador Rewards Program by sharing your unique discount code and/or unique URL with your salon clientele and social media followers.
Remys Hair Extensions Website: Refers to the website located at www.remyshairextensions.com. This does not include other websites operated by the Company.
Commission: Refers to the percent of Net Sales of Products purchased on the Remys Hair Extensions Website using the Participant’s unique discount code and/or URL. Commission earning rates will be discussed and agreed upon as part of the registration and approval process.
Net Sales: Defined as gross sales minus returns (both completed and initiated), allowances, and discounts. If returns, allowances, or discounts occur after a Commission has been paid, such amounts may be deducted from future Commission payments.
Product: Refers to Remys Hair Extensions-branded products available on the Remys Hair Extensions Website, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Agreement: These Terms & Conditions governing the Remys Hair Extensions Ambassador Rewards Program.

Commission
As a Program participant, You can earn a Commission based on the Net Sales of Products purchased on the Remys Hair Extensions Website using your unique discount code and/or URL. Commissions will be calculated and tracked through these tools.
Discounts through your unique code or URL cannot be combined with other discounts.
Commissions will be paid monthly, following the month in which the sales are completed.
Commissions apply only to Net Sales completed before the termination date of this Agreement.
Payments will be processed via a third-party service provider, and the Participant agrees to share necessary personal information for Commission tracking and payment purposes.
By participating in this Program, you agree to all the terms outlined in this Agreement and commit to representing Remys Hair Extensions professionally and ethically.
